Refund & Replacement Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with us. Due to the made-to-order and customized nature of our products, all orders are processed specifically for each customer.

Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.


Refunds & Replacements

We accept refund or replacement requests under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect
  • The issue is reported within 7 days of delivery
  • Clear photo evidence is provided for verification if requested

After 7 days from delivery, requests may no longer be eligible. However, we will review each case individually and do our best to provide a fair and reasonable solution.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A free replacement
  • A partial refund
  • A full refund

In most cases, customers are not required to return defective or incorrect items.


Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds, replacements, or cancellations in the following situations:

  • Incorrect size, variant, or customization details selected by the customer
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color or design variations caused by screen display settings
  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors beyond our control

Because our products are made-to-order, orders that have already entered production, customization, artwork preparation, or processing may no longer be eligible for cancellation or full refund.


Custom Design & Approval Process

For personalized or custom-made products, design preparation and customization processing may begin shortly after the order is placed.

Customers may be contacted for:

  • Design confirmation
  • Personalization approval
  • Shipping information clarification
  • Additional order verification

If a customer becomes unresponsive for an extended period after design work, customization setup, or production preparation has been completed, the order may become ineligible for full refund.

In such cases, we may deduct non-refundable customization, artwork preparation, design, or processing costs from any eligible refund.

We will make reasonable efforts to contact the customer before closing the order.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Customers may request order changes or cancellations within 48 hours of placing the order.

After 48 hours:

  • Orders may already be in production or processing
  • Changes or cancellations may not be possible
  • Refund eligibility may be limited

While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee that modification, cancellation, or refund requests will be approved once processing has begun.

Please review all order details carefully before completing your purchase.


Shipping Information Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient shipping information provided by the customer, we are not responsible for failed delivery, lost packages, or additional shipping costs.

Customers should contact us as soon as possible if order information needs to be updated.

Once production or shipping has started, updates may no longer be possible.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, customers may be responsible for reshipping costs.


Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless specifically approved by our support team.

If a return is approved:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs
  • A trackable shipping service is recommended

Please do not return products directly to the manufacturer.
