However, we will review each case individually and do our best to provide a fair resolution. Please note, we do not offer refunds in the following cases: * Incorrect size or variant selected by the customer * Change of mind after purchase * Minor color or design differences due to screen display For eligible issues, we may offer: * A free replacement, or * A partial or full refund depending on the situation In most cases, we do not require customers to return defective or incorrect items. Order Changes & Cancellation (48-Hour Window)

You may request to change or cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. After 48 hours: * Orders may have already entered production or processing * Changes or cancellations may no longer be possible If a request is made after the 48-hour window, we will do our best to assist. However, we cannot guarantee that changes, cancellations, or refunds will be approved. Please ensure that all order details (including size, variant, and shipping information) are correct before completing your purchase. —

Order Information Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. If an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the failed delivery. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist in resolving the issue. Customers may request to update order information within 7 days of placing the order. After this period, orders may already be in production or shipping, and updates may not be possible. —

Returns

Due to the custom-made nature of our products, returns are generally not required or accepted unless specifically instructed. If a return is approved: * The item must be unused and in its original packaging * Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
